Developing strength and good movement patterns help to avoid future injuries. Belonging to a supportive and encouraging community in an environment that challenges you to achieve your goals boosts confidence, self-discipline, perseverance and integrity. The physical workouts also improve cognitive function. After finishing a CrossFit Kids class is the best time for your children to do their homework!
