Classes start with a dynamic warmup including functional movements and mobility work to get your ready for the lifts, movements and workout programmed for the day. Then we move to the skill/strength part of class. If it is a strength day we work on getting stronger with lifts such as squats, presses, or cleans. On skill days we try to improve on pull-ups, pistols or muscle ups for example. Finally we have the WOD or workout of the day. One day you could be running 400 meter and doing deadlifts and box jumps and the next day rowing, doing kettlebell swings and pull-ups. The workouts are always different and keep things interesting and challenging. All the movements are infinitely scaleable. If you can't do pull-ups you can do ring rows, if you can't do box jumps you can do step ups.We offer classes at:

Because Group Classes are fun!!! You have other people doing the same workout right along side you. You will be challenged as you try to keep up with the person in front of you and supported by the coach and all the other members rooting for you. Our group classes are small allowing the coach to give you individual attention as you work through the skill/strength and WOD. The benefit of a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.
